Since 2010, SV Billing Solutions has been servicing the Texas medical industry providing billing, credentialing, verifications, and other administrative needs for mental health groups and practitioners across the state. By relieving professionals of these tasks, we allow them to focus on their core practice – client needs. To date, our team has processed over 250,000 claims submitted and paid for Texas providers. We currently service over 50 individual practitioners and 5 large group practices – and are growing each year!
We bill all in-network, out-of-network, primary, secondary and assist with EAP billing if necessary. Sharon Vinson
Owner and Founder of SV Billing Solutions
After working in the medical billing industry handling claims and medical records, I found my true passion to be in serving the behavioral health community. I began offering contract work for a large Texas-based multi-provider group who specialized in mental health services. After a few years, I stepped into the Assistant Director role co-managing the practice and leading the office support staff. Simultaneously, my contract billing services continued to grow which lead to the expansion of my business. After 4 years as the Assistant Director, I decided to focus fully on my expanding business which had grown at the time to 2 additional staff and nearly 20 counselors. I continued offering billing services for the large Texas group and formed SV Billing Solutions, which has since grown to a team of 6! I couldn’t be happier with where this company has grown and truly enjoy servicing those in the industry!

Krystal Kindle
Lead Billing Specialist
A San Antonio native, Krystal has 10+ years in the customer service field. In 2012 she decided to change career paths and began working in the mental health field, specializing in medical billing and insurance verification. For our clients, she is the primary claims processor and researches any billing inquiries such as denials, secondaries and authorization requests. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her daughter and 2 dachshunds. She has been with SV Billing Solutions since our expansion in 2012.

Crystele Hocking
Billing & Verification Specialist
Crystele joined the team in early 2016. In addition to offering administrative support for all of our team specialists, she is also responsible for managing insurance payments for our providers and works with DFPS billing. Her role is dedicated to timely payment for our counselors and groups. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and music. Additionally, she is currently working towards earning a bachelors degree in biology.
Patricia Wyatt
Billing & Verification Specialist
Patricia has over 14 years of office management/administrative experience with 7 of those years spent verifying insurances, processing referrals, and performing billing services. Patricia graduated from Texas A&M – Corpus Christi in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting. Her past experience as a Director for a multi-specialty group allows our team to expedite new client insurance verifications with proficiency and ease. In her free time she enjoys fishing, music, and spending time with her loved ones.
